- We guarantee to correct any problems you report within 24 hours of your last cleaning, by repairing them within two days.
- A signed agreement guarantees your time of cleaning on our schedule.
- It is the responsibility of the Client’s designated facility manager to inform Wendi’s Cleaning Service (603-673-4266) of any changes to the schedule or scope of cleaning.
- Payment is due within 10 days of billing.
- There is a $25 fee for any check returned by your bank.
- A two (2) day notice for rescheduling is required.
- Clients will be charged in full if we are unable to gain access to your facility, through no fault of ours.
- Clients are liable for an employment referral and training fee of $3,000 per
person, should you directly employ (either legally or on a cash basis) any
one currently employed by Wendi's, or employed by Wendi's within the one
year period prior to such employment. You agree to pay this fee whether you notify Wendi's OF your action or we discover this employment independently at any time after it occurs. You further agree to reimburse Wendi's for any and all collection or legal fees we incur in collecting this fee.
