Pricing is based on square footage, cleaning frequency, and specific service needs. We provide customized quotes after a walkthrough or consultation.
We offer both contract and non-contract options. Many of our clients prefer contracts for guaranteed scheduling, but we’re flexible.
No — our schedules are built around your business hours. We aim to clean when it’s least disruptive to your team.

Absolutely. All of our staff are fully vetted, trained, and covered by insurance for your peace of mind.
We use digital checklists, supervisor inspections, and client feedback to maintain consistently high standards.

While rare, we carry full liability insurance and will take immediate steps to make it right.

Scheduling & Flexibility

You can schedule through our office team, or if you’re a client, directly through our Jobber platform.
Just give us 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll adjust at no charge.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests such as post-construction cleanups or unexpected messes.

Yes, we use EPA-approved disinfectants and follow CDC guidelines for high-touch surface sanitation.
